What is the best suggestion for a tourniquet?

Any kind of flexible rubber drainage tubing for countertop devices that use water. Home depot or other homeplaces carry it.

In reality extra shoelaces work but you will need something like a pencil or pen to twist and tighen them.

Bring extra tylenol or whatever pain reliever works for you is good. Probably not aspirin since it thins the blood.

You could cut a rubber exercise band into the shape of a tourniquet if you can’t buy some online.
