Agree totally. I’ve said on here before that what happened on the 6th was the most glorious thing I have seen on television since the Berlin Wall came down.

I’ve said on here before that what happened on the 6th was the most glorious thing I have seen on television since the Berlin Wall came down.

My POV is that what happened on the 6th was inevitable. It was inevitable because the Left had shut down the normal path for airing grievances - the Courts.

It was either last week or the week before, on Mark Levin's show on Fox, that he stated that NOT ONE, I repeat, NOT ONE evidentiary hearing was held so that the POTUS's lawyers could lay out their case. Rudy testified in front of some state committees; but, no evidence was put before a judge in any court, including SCOTUS.

So they keep talking about "no evidence" when, in fact, the evidence has never been heard in a court of law. I hate to say this; but, to me it looks like the judiciary was in on the steal.

So, when you won't allow people of the Right to express their opinions on social media platforms; when you refuse to allow people from the Right to get a hearing in a court of law; then, why are you at all surprised by what happened on the 6th?

When all normal avenues have been shut down, protest and riot are all that is left.

Wow. Great analogy! My wife and I cheered when we say the video of what was happening.

My only quibble would be we're not at 1989 yet-- we're at 1773 and the Boston Tea Party, when other "ruffians" took over some ships.

Lexington and Concord are probably not far off once that drooling corrupt idiot takes office and pushes his gun control agenda (look and see now how many RINOs jump ship and join in a new "assault weapons" ban).

The final outcome of this struggle is unknown, but it is far easier to bring down a modern state than the British Empire in the 18th century. All that digital infrastructure is oh so delicate: fiber cable, power transmission, water pumps, bridges, etc. Look at the relatively bloodless IRA London bombing campaign in the 1990s: place a bomb, call it in so everyone is evacuated from the political and financial centers and damage buildings and destroy windows for blocks around. Over and over again. Makes governance and commerce impossible.

I was cheering them on. The country needed a moment like this. If this is all it took to terrify the left, it gives us valuable information. We do have power. The fear in the media was palpable. The meek, polite good citizens on the right bared their teeth and growled. Their assumptions about us are no longer valid. If we hold the line and refuse to participate in their schemes anything could happen.
