Agree. Beating the RINOs in the primaries is the best way to go. Either way will take some time, new party or primary RINOs. The new party way would help the LEFT gain supermajorities right away.

The conservative media needs a hand up. The best way to do that is to dump cable tv. Usually 10% go to battle. So 7 million of the 74 million should take the lead and dump cable tv.

The Republican party was born of the old Whigs in 1854. By 1860 they captured the Presidency.

I agree with your other points but Trump tried mightily to reform the government from the inside. He was partially successful.

I fear we do not have any control over the deep seated bureaucrats who run this country...who always seem to find a judge to do their bidding.

The classic examples of the German Weimar Republic's fracture into various political factions and the American schism leading to the Whig's demise are at the opposite ends of the debate. One ended in disaster, and the other after great deal of trouble was a success. However, the common factor was enough dissatisfaction with both institutions leading to action. The deciding factor in the formation of a third party will be the level of dissatisfaction. And factions in the GOP are now in the phase of determining that very thing.

I broke with the GOP twenty years ago and registered as unaffiliated. But in the case of others, the actions of Rat leadership to continue to shred the Constitution and the GOP response to it will be the determining factor in a successful third party movement. Only time will tell. As a former, solid "C" history major; I watch and wait.
