Yep - the lack of understanding of the US Constitution for the general public is horrible and represents one of the worst failures of the current education system.
BUT
When our politicians do not even read or understand the Constitution, that is just down right dereliction of duty.
The dumbing down in the education system is not a failure, it is the objective. The weighting of votes -less than one for the one opposed, and more than one for the one favored- is not a glitch it is a feature, and thus you see the feature of the destroyed education system Can you smell Billy Ayers yet?
