There is an answer to your question, by the way. It would have to be done at the state level, and the states have 2 YEARS to figure that out. After that, the Dems will take power at the state level too...and any hope of resistance or even opposition, is gone.
As to whether that will happen...nope, our side will take too long to figure it out.

Isn’t it technically possible to make your own internet? It probably would end up being like the old Soviet samizdat newsletters where things were copied and passed along city to city, but it would be challenging to stop given the level of widespread computer knowledge.
