He has raised a nice pile of money since the election - something like $230M - which could fund legal actions in the battleground states to preserve the evidence, to forensically analyze the ballots, the voting records, the trail of money from the non-profit funded by Zuckerberg, etc. It will take time - perhaps 18 months.
