Yep. The state legislatures were out of session for most after election till now, so to say they could have acted is false since their Governors did not call a special session. Pence could have adjourned for 10 days to allow this legislatures now to examine their states fraud issues and act appropriately but instead he staples POTUS in the back and crapped the bed
