There is an interesting train of thought with regard to Impeachment in that one does not have to currently hold office to be impeached. Hillary, Ă˜bama, etc. could be Impeached for past actions that fit the requirements for Impeachment, e.g. high crimes and misdemeanors, for the sole purpose of precluding them from holding future office. But without a chance for the necessary 2/3 Senate vote, it would be symbolic at best. OTOH, if anyone was to try that, it would be the RATs.
