For Ron Paul, the purge just consisted of trying to make him a laughingstock and trying to limit his opportunities to get his message out in debates. He wasn’t a big enough threat for the purge tactics to go farther than that
With Trump, the purge may carry more aim and extreme prejudice
I agree. Trump has charisma/fame and the most worrying thing for them electoral appeal.
Ron never could cross over like this and I’m not sure Rand could ever either
