How can we “follow the science” when people want to claim that their favorite treatment is so good that we don’t need to establish effectiveness scientifically?

HCQ was touted early this year as being so effective that controlled trials would be unethical. Now similar claims are being made for ivermectin. Just how many miracle cures do we need?

FDA requires no alternative treatments in order to approve the vaccine foe Emergency Use Authoriation. So neithe HQC or ivermectin can be useful if they want a multi billion dollar vaccine available. It’s the law. So the FDA can’t admit anything works. Them the rules.
