I can sort of see the latter, but you’d *really* have to provide a rationale for the former.
Is Amazon a big business? Yes. They are doing more business than ever before. People living in fear ordering more things to their door. This equals small business losing customers.
Big business can afford to remain open with restrictions. Small businesses may barely be able to.
Big business has money to fight back some government tyranny. Small businesses don’t have those funds.
Small businesses are the people that have put their life and soul into their business, and are getting knocked out.
