Absolutely agree. Co-workers are dangerous friends unless you know them very well. Express a politically incorrect opinion and you can find yourself before an HR Star Chamber or worse.

I don't have a facebook account, but if I did, I'd use an alias. Then I'd contact everybody I wanted to be friends, thus avoiding hurting anyone's feelings.
