I was going to write that ... but I’m not from Texas and didn’t want to get bashed. I do know what smoked brisket is supposed to look like tho and that dried up sliced meat w/ ketchup wasn’t what I would ever want to serve or eat.

The meat here in Idaho is more tender than Texas..... you just have to get used to the tire tread marks on it.
