I still remember watching Richard Baris, and how dismayed he was when he realized that while they were counting, they didn’t seem to know how many ballots they had (this was mainly Georgia, if I remember correctly). That’s the number they should know from the beginning as soon as the voting has concluded and the deadline for mail in ballots has passed.
It’s pretty crazy that the didn’t know — even days later.

They didn’t know because the total number of ballots were messed with by the ballot-dump and machine software cheating.
The percentage for each candidate wouldn’t be known without having the total number of ballots for the denominator, and votes cast for candidate x for the numerator.

“Ten-sigma jumps have a probability of 1 in 10^23,” the report notes.
Similarly, Michigan saw a vote dump net Biden 135,290 votes, with the probability of such phenomena occurring equating to “1 in 10^117 — or 14 Powerball wins in a row” per the report.”
