Might be, but one or two of The Yardbirds songs might qualify - "Shapes of Things" comes to mind, and there's a song called "Glimpses" on one of their later albums.

Grew up with the Beatles but was blown away by the Yardbirds - esp their trio of lead guitarists. From Eric Clapton to Jimmy Page to Jeff Beck - the latter arguably the best of the group.

So many GREAT songs - “For Your Love”, “Heart Full of Soul”, “Shapes of Things”, “Happenings Ten Years Time Ago” and “Over Under Sideways Down”...just to name a few.
