People voting more than once. 6. Voters registered with addresses that are actually vacant lots. 7. Voters registered with addresses that are actually commercial buildings. 8. Voters registered with addresses that are actually casinos. 9. Recounts that could not reproduce the election night totals, and local officials forced to certify election results from Nov 3. 9. Multiple absentee ballots per voter delivered to the same address. 10. People showing up to vote and told they had to vote with a provisional ballot because someone had already voted in their name. 11. Midnight ballot drops in multiple cities. 12. Voting machine that changed Trump votes to Biden. 13. Voting machines connected to the internet during the election. 14. More votes than people in certain areas. Statistical models are showing improbable numbers of people voted in many jurisdictions.

Without decertification or a second set of certified by the state legislature set of delegates, I do not see how the outcome can be corrected. The House will never vote against a Biden slate, and a split decision goes to the submitted set. That’s if there are even enough Senators to vote that it is fraud, a dicey thing. I may be incorrect, but this is my memory of how it works back when schools used to teach this in Civics.
