What we don’t have is anyone with legal standing to complain about the murder. No standing, no crime - unless they charge the dead body with littering.

Who has Standing that the courts will accept? Explain it to everyone, because no has had Standing so far?
No one has standing. It’s expensive to buy an election. America’s enemies on the left tried to do it this year, but they had a backup plan. It’s much cheaper to buy a state’s Secretary of State and a few judges in each state, plus perhaps a few key US Senators. No portion of our government has legitimacy - all they have is power and only as much of that as we allow.
