I found OAN on Pluto’s Channel List but the list just keeps scrolling. I have no idea how to actually get on the channel (OAN - 249) it lists.

OAN on Pluto is not the full blown OANN. It appears to be repeats of previous broadcasts. At least on my Pluto that’s the way it is.
