They are NOT RINOs. They are the true Republican party. Having a conservative call them a RINO is a badge of honor to them.
They’re just progressives that prefer to pick your pocket instead of using a gun to rob you like the Dimocrats. They prefer the scenic avenue to the expressway on the road to serfdom.
