Is the “collapse” on a month to month basis (December 2020 over the previous month), or is it a year-over year collapse (Dec 20 vs Dec 19)?
This is a straightforward question - what is timeframe of the “collapse”?

It looks like it is from the week of November 2 until the most recent week.
What is the typical election year drop? I expect there is a drop in viewership of political news every election year in November. How much worse is it this year.
