many don’t understand that the primary is where you show your disgust at a candidate not the general.

I understand it fine and just disagree.
The RINO’s have been bamboozling R voters for decades with the Buckley Rule BS. We need to take them out , sometimes even if that means letting a dem have it. I’m NOT suggesting that’s always true but needs to be considered on a case by case basis.

Well it’s far easier & far more likely to succeed if we simply take over the GOP. We’re almost there. Trump & his ideas (Tea Party ideas !) have the support of 90+% of the rank and file GOP supporters.

Let’s consider the raw numbers before we consider the challenge of getting on the ballot in 50 states. We command the loyalty of about 45% (Aside: 45% is an estimate. Romney claims 47%. Probably the most accurate thing he has ever said.) of the voting demographic. The Rats a similar percentage. (Aside: Note the Rats show far far greater party loyalty discipline at the voter & politician level then the GOP.) Every election is a battle over the remaining 10%. Now reduce the 45% by forming a 3rd party, reduce it again with a 4th party, etc. The numbers simply do not work. You’re not going to win EVER ! Certainly not in any time period to stop the institutionalizing of a permanent Rat governing party. Its a path to extinction.

Then there’s the ballot access problem, infrastructure, etc.
Easier to continue to take over the GOP. It takes time and effort & there will be set backs. Go to local & state party meetings, ease the current state and local RINOs out. Never forget politicians who succeed (multiple terms) evolve into RINOs even if they don’t intend to. It’s the nature of the professional politician class. All this has to be done anyway to prevent more states from adopting “Steal-this-Election” voting machines.

Forming third parties, etc. is emotionally satisfying when you say it. However the practicalities of doing it and thus starting from scratch dooms it. This isn’t the 1850s. It’s also foolish, particularly when you’re on the cusp of seizing the party. Not everything happens instantly.

I definitely don’t think Georgia should be the test case. I know the republicans are stupid but to lose Georgia would be ignorant to the millionth degree.
