Pretty sure 1/6 is a hard, immovable date (per either the Constitution or US Election Code - I don’t recall which but did see it clearly specified) for counting the EC votes.

So, assuming that’s indeed the case..could get interesting IF the election fraud commission is formed (although it probably won’t be - just being a realist) and IF they uncover irrefutable proof of the fraud that clearly exists (they likely won’t - they’ll bury it). Then, we’d need at least 3 big states to de-certify votes that have already been counted and change them. Talk about a 1 in 100,000,000,000 shot. But at least it’s better than zero.

The pessimist in me wonders if the Cruz ploy is just kabuki theater. But kudos to him and Hawley for at least bringing some much needed attention to just how corrupted this entire “election” was. And if nothing else, we’ll have 12-16 Senators and reportedly up to 140 Congressional Reps who are all going down in the historical record as saying the election was complete and total BS with unprecedented levels of fraud and a total disregard for existing (eg: state) laws. PA alone should be thrown out based on their Supreme Court unilaterally making changes to existing state law that allowed hundreds of thousands of mail in votes to be counted that otherwise should not have been per existing state law. And you can bet that 80+% of them went for Biden. As we all know, only a LEGISLATURE can make law. A court cannot make law. This one point alone disqualifies PA from being included. Why Guilianni and our “elite legal team” couldn’t clearly argue this point in court is beyond my comprehension. That’s clear to your average 5th grader who’s been through Civics 101.

Not in the Constitution and there is indeed potential remedy beyond it.
