I booked hotel rooms in Vienna, VA for Tuesday night and expect to Metro into the city (13 stops) at 5am.
The Metro might get shut down but I'm thinking the earlier trains should go. If not, this will be a great day for Uber drivers.

Is anyone driving to DC from Illinois? I’d like to go but spouse has to work and since I don’t know the DC area I’m not interested in going it alone.
