Misleading.
If ALL of the Republican legislators of Pennsylvania did such a thing, since they have a majority in both Houses, then they could very well do so as an official act of the Legislature and appoint alternate Electors while they were at it.
Since this did not happen, I presume the "Republican legislators" who did this were a faction or rump, and therefore not acting in any official capacity.
Yes, a minority of the majority. Republicans are gutless, even more at state rep levels.
They think only of their “career” not the country and their oath.
