People are replying that there is NO Military Command Center, in Abiline.

There is an Air Force base there, but not a National Defense Command Center (as far as I know).

If AF1 is there, it has a lot of command & control capabilities.

There is an Air Force Base there. Perhaps they could set up a temporary Command Center in an emergency?

Thinking on it some more, maybe DJT is at Dyess AFB and they are flying the Nightwatch plane to Dyess for some reason?
