Not sure what the actual process is; I always thought it was if you happened to catch someone out, you dealt with them.
I did see a news report about 3 hours ago that there was a stabbing in front of Trump Hotel in DC; maybe the police waiting to pounce is only there after that incident? Just a thought.
I’m assuming Trump supporters who came in groups are probably staying in certain hotels in DC; wonder if any of them are reporting the same thing.
