Shooting witness says there was one guy causing problems and the cops shot the woman not doing anything. Says the guy causing problems didn’t act like typical Trump supporter.
Climbing up the window/divider (?) in a hallway of the Capitol is not “doing nothing” though it certainly did not deserve to get her shot in the back of the neck. If she had been a BLM rioter, this shot at an unarmed person would have resulted in a full blown riot.
