Pretty sure he can’t.
Though I don’t know the rules for a Joint Session, the Houses’ own rules put adjournment up to a vote so I feel sure that’s true for a Joint Session.
I don't know. All I did is report what John Eastman, one of Trump's lawyers said.
He could be full of crap, he could be feeding us "disinformation" he could be high as a kite. All I did is basically repeat what HE said. I have no personal opinion, no argument, no nothing.
