Hold a fireside chat explaining what you’re about to tell the American people/world....and, that while painful to disclose....it was necessary to prevent their/DS/Operatives further advancement with anything evil/nefarious/criminal.

Trump's entire actions (non-actions) about declass is very mysterious to me. He gave Rosenstein permission to declas things before the 2018 election. Then he gave Barr the same permission. They did not declas anything/enough.
Perhaps Trump just doesn't think he is sure enough about what would violate national security to do it himself. Usually one's DOJ protects the President. For Trump they attacked him for four years. He is a tough man, but every person has a breaking point. I am glad that he has a loving family.
