Does it? They have to clear the Senate and House chambers, and messes left by protestors there and in the offices. There’s blood in the halls etc.

They probably have alternate meeting chambers but will it be set up to be televised?

Idk. They want to meet tonight and it all has to be secured. I’m just thinking of logistics now.

XXI SESSION WITH CLOSED DOORS

On a motion made and seconded to close the doors of the Senate, on the discussion of any business which may, in the opinion of a Senator, require secrecy, the Presiding Officer shall direct the galleries to be cleared; and during the discussion of such motion the doors shall remain closed.

When the Senate meets in closed session, any applicable provisions of rules XXIX and XXXI, including the confidentiality of information shall apply to any information and to the conduct of any debate transacted.

NIKK...They have to call closed doors..schedule it...A procedure must be done. It has to meet the criteria of national security..

All other business has to be in open sessions.
