I don’t know, but even Trump knew that there would be fraud, he tweeted back in June that mail in voting would lead to massive fraud.
I don’t know much about Q as I never followed much, but it sounds like military was always going to be the way to fix this mess, not just the fraud, all of it - foreign interference, human trafficking, etc.
