Well, since the act of observation changes the outcome, I would have to suppose the cat is in a perpetual state of limbo between the two. The entirety of Quantum Physics is too bizarre for me to have any sustained interest.

Each time I decide to go back to studying the theories, I throw up my hand in disgust, because the whole of it comes across as insanity. I refuse to believe that the God who created the universe could be so malicious in his design.

I’ll stick with classical physics for what happens in the macro world. The relativistic universe of Albert Einstein is acceptable to me - at least it makes sense, and does not give me a migraine!

It gave Einstein a headache too. But he acknowledged that there was “spooky action at a distance”.

Gives me a headache too!

The only problem is you just posted your objection to quantum mechanics using a device that can only function if quantum mechanics is correct. Your opinion of whether it makes sense or not is irrelevant; ALL experimental data is consistent with quantum mechanics and inconsistent with classical physics, even including relativity. QM may not be the final theory (and almost certainly is not because of its inconsistency with general relativity), but any new theory will contain QM as a limiting case, much like both QM and relativity contain classical mechanics as a limiting case.
