Former CIA career officer and station chief, Bradley Johnson, did an analysis and has concluded the steal was based in the U.S. Embassy in Rome, Italy.
A key U.S. State Department employee directed the massive vote manipulation using technical nerds from the CIA and British MI6. They used an Italian military satellite (encrypted) owned by Italian aerospace contractor Leornardo.
With the steal planned years in advance, the cyber criminals had pre-set algorithms to manipulate the vote in six key states so Biden would beat Trump. At about 8 AM (Rome time) on November 4th, they realized the Trump votes were so massive, their calculations would not achieve a Biden win.
They called a halt to the counting from the Rome embassy center and furiously re-set the algorithms to overwhelm the existing Trump totals.
They then used the encrypted Italian military satellite to download the new totals via the Frankfurt servers which were tied directly to the Dominion machines in all the swing states via the Internet.

LOL. No, President Trump would not act like a tyrant. He apparently read Federalist No.49 at some point in his life. I’d suggest you do the same - or re-read - if you think a President can “dissolve” Congress.
