Your saying that the MI, WI, AZ, GA, PA legislatures have sent a 2nd slate of electors to the feds, votes for Trump?
That’s not what happened: the Republican electors met and voted. In Michigan they were not allowed to enter the capitol, and I never heard what they ended up doing. So alternate sets of electoral college voting exist, but that’s a far cry from saying they were sent by the legislatures.
No states sent two sets of electors. Zero. None.
