I suspect these photos were taken during Nov. 3 election. I also believe "are never hooked up to" means "are never supposed to be hooked up to".

I know someone who saw fake absentee ballots in Chatham county during the recount. She tried to report but rebuffed by republicans and of course ignored by democrats.
Republicans most assuredly are NOT in our corner
