I don’t think these humans were Homo Sapiens...

Homo Erectus? Neanderthalis? Heidelbergensis?

The Middle Paleolithic, this early in, didn’t see Homo Sapiens outside of Africa until 125,000 years ago—in the Levant.

Also, it was common for Erectus, Neaderthal and Heidelbergenis to use local stone, whereas Sapiens traveled many, many miles for quality stone to make tools. It’s one important clue when archaeologists are trying to find true sapiens settlements.

Saudi Arabia still doesn’t have homo sapiens and the tools they found were actually found in a hospital...

... still being used.
