You might be surprised. Several years ago I asked the same question about my 70’s Campy road bike and I received several offers for it for way more than I expected. Old Campy parts go for a good amount on ebay. In my case it helped that the frame was handmade by Tom Ritchey in his garage in Palo Alto but many older bikes have value.
