The date of the inauguration is hard-coded in the Constitution. As long as the Constitution is in effect, January 20 is the date of the inauguration. No one has the power to change it.

in 2000 a delay went to the scotus they denied it but just for that case..
SO we all thought - but Navarro wouldn’t say such a stupid thing unless he had some certain info??

My guess is for the date of inauguration to be changed only congress could change it.
