The print shop is called City Blue Printing. They claim they didn’t print ballots. A Google search brings up snopes and factcheck who both say ‘false, but then again they refer to Trump’s claim of election fraud as “unfounded”.
IIRC, all printing of ballots falls under Homeland Security now and is contracted out across the country. I think we’ll be finding out soon what safeguards were designed into legal ballots, and from where the fraudulent ones originated.
