Beautiful place, about an hour from my front door. But a really expensive tourist trap. Still worthwhile once the madness is over, though.

Pulling off my shoes and socks and wading across the inlet to Lake Louise was...interesting. Ankle deep but wow, that water was only liquid because it was moving along smartly.
