It’s a pretty well known ranch. I think Kris Kristofferson owned it before Willie. It was set up as a movie ranch. Can’t remember the whole history. It is beautiful country, agreed. Deep in the heart of the hill country.

Willie had a nice ranch above Evergreen, Colorado too. He lost it during his income tax problems.
UT coach Darrell Royal bought the ranch out of foreclosure.
And gave it back to Willie. I think he has since sold it.
