Constitutionally, the States Legislatures (who are Closest to the People who voted) are the first charged with the duty to reject election fraud in their state. Period.
If they decline, at minimum, the Vice-President should address the grievance derived from all the clear and compelling evidence, by 1) delaying the count until these state Legislatures do address the evidence, or, 2) reject the electors outright and throw the grievance to the US House of Representatives, to hear the evidence and determine only the legal votes cast and the Electors who represent those legal ballots.
“MIL is the only way”, because they gathered the evidence and should make the arrests and ajudicate the Treason and the lawlessness.
