Now, Root says he has spoken to a close friend of Trump and that something BIG is about to happen in our country. In fact, he went as far as to say "Trump is not conceding".
I thought Root was a close friend of President Trump? Why doesn't he ask him himself?
I'm not so sure about the "close friend" claim, but, otherwise, Root is a pretty savvy guy. He was in the same class at Columbia as obama claimed to be, and reports that neither he nor any of his classmates recalls obama being around.

I know he’s studied all-things-Trump for decades, but I never heard that they were friends. Maybe they are, but I haven’t heard that.
