READ BEFORE SPEAK! Pence is not against the content of the claim! DOJ has advised, the challenge should be to Congress and Not to the VP. The VP is not a member of the arm of Government that is tasked, by the Constitution to rule! Even when he participates in the legislative process, he is there for a sole purpose under a particular set of circumstances, as called for in the Constitution! It isn’t his ball game, he is the replay guy in the both!

The reason we didn’t have Gore as President in 2000... is that FREEPERS prevented it.
