It seemed like everyone had rib roast on Christmas this year. I think they sense that this might be their last chance to have something like that.
For us Thanksgiving and Christmas is turkey...Easter is ham.The only time I eat sirloin or prime rib is in a restaurant.That’s just as well...if I had it routinely I’d weigh 400 pounds and my coronary arteries will be like cement.
