“In these states where local election officials refuse to honor subpoenas to produce the ballots and machines, rather than going to court to try to compel the subpoena, the legislatures should request POTUS invoke the Insurrection Act. Time is of the essence, and running out the clock must not be accepted.”

None of the legislatures in the 6 states are interested in doing that.

Maricopa County in AZ refused to comply with a subpoena from the legislature. The AZ legislature can fight to compel the subpoena in court, send the sergeant at arms to get them himself, or declare Maricopa County involved in insurrection for failing to abide by state law, etc., and request POTUS to deal with them. The game being played is that these local authorities are hiding, or destroying, evidence, (which is itself conspiracy after the fact,) and then claiming there is no evidence of fraud while they try to run out the clock. We are at the point where someone must take action. I don't expect POTUS to play nice guy much longer.
