He takes care of his needs outside the home but comes home and is still a family man. I have known other who had this type of arrangement.

In my younger days I dated a young lady who’s parents had the same set up. After the birth of their third child the wife told the husband she didn’t really like sex and never had. Said she didn’t want to have it ever again but understood if he needed to out and get that need satisfied.
He owned and ran a medium size construction company and loved his family so he went ahead and got that need met somewhere else. I only knew her for a few years so I don’t know how it worked out in the long run.
Considering the number of men I’ve known over the course of my life that are in sexless marriages I have to give that woman credit for giving her husband that out.
