I have in the past for Windows 7 but not now.
Windows 10 is adware and spyware and other reasons I will not upgrade until I get a new pc I put together. Even then I will install Windows 7 on it first. Microsoft is forcing other software companies to block Windows 7 use.

I used Winaero Tweaker to tame down WinBlows 10. I was able to get rid of all of the adds/bloatware.. and to stop the constant (unknown and normal) updates.

I believe I started using it either with XP or Win7, and it is a small but powerful tweaking program.
You should check it out (even for win7).
