I don't know if fed up Americans will rise up in the near future and defend their liberties against an ever more abusive and oppressive system of government, but I do know that 2020 has revealed vividly the post-constitutional wilderness the nation has entered. Not since the days of slavery or internment have federal and local governments attacked the natural rights and freedoms of individual Americans so concertedly as they have this past year. Arbitrary house arrests; the denial of religious freedoms; the closing of private businesses without any equitable measures of compensation; the intentional disregard for the destruction of private property while anarchists are given general grants of immunity; and the absolute refusal by governors, secretaries of state, attorneys general, and judges to provide for and ensure free and fair elections have combined to produce a lawless year in the United States.
If you believe, as all Americans should, that failure to abide by the strictures of the Constitution renders the institutions of government illegitimate, then I would argue that 2020 has crystallized an uncomfortable reality: we are now under occupation by a hostile governing force. That may seem ludicrous to some, but I see no distinction between a group of Americans seizing power and governing with complete disregard for the Constitution and an invading force of Chinese communists accomplishing the same objective. Our governing document clearly proscribes what government actors may do, and when the government as a whole discards those constraints as mere suggestions, then it delegitimizes itself.

Parts sound eerily familiar these days.
We have been the recipients of a Fraudulent election, and total loss of legal recourse.
Thus without rule of law, nor recourse by states to resolve issues of fraud, harm, disenfranchisement, and all due process and protection under Our Bill of Rights and the Constitution, then we are singular states that have succession as backup, and the States sovereignty as protection and legal entity.
Not much else to say.
They, the usurped shall not be looking for action, but it seems if you push those that follow that path the snowballing of that effort will show that the Country of the United States and it’s people will show you how little you think you can get away with. You are one tiny spot , Washington DC...
How many people can you expect to physically defend that spot should you trigger an offensive against the rest of the country.

That was part of it too - we lost our million dollar SCOTUS case (WASHINGTON v. FISHING VESSEL ASSN., 443 U.S. 658 (1979)) and were declared 2nd class citizens (as was everyone else not in a Treaty Tribe), along with the loss of the usual and accustomed meaning of “in common with” reinterpreted as separate and unequal (80% for them, 20% for us) because they were specifically named in the Constitution, their claimed Rights were guaranteed, but we were only granted privileges which were revoked - as the rest are sure to be under the HarrisXiden Regime.
It took a over a dozen guys being sent to Federal Prison for the heinous crime of Fishing, a host of Federal Marshals serving warrants, having all fishing violations declared Class C felonies, Coast Guard .50 cal machine guns locked and loaded manned by nervous 19 year olds aimed point blank at us, people being shotgunned by fish cops, forced to fish in deadly weather or starve, many sinkings and loss of lives, lose of families (wives, homes, children), fire bombing of fishing boats, and so much more before they finally regulated us by the amount of money we could earn per opening and limiting the openings to 4 hours during bad weather in areas already fished out by the Tribes. Then, when all of that was not good enough, they made the nets unfishable in the name of seabird conservation using the Marbled murrelet hoax - like the Spotted Owl hoax - the top 10 feet of the net had to allow birds to pass through (and the bulk of the salmon as well).
They will figure out something using those methods as guidelines to end what illusions of freedom still exist. The Constitution means what the Court says it does; anything you think you win in SCOTUS will be over-ruled by lower courts and altered beyond recognition so that you lose again.
