Yes, and he is an expert and very successful at winning slander cases, covington for example.
That is why this talk of his is quite interesting. It comes off as reckless but he is not the type to be reckless.....we shall see.

wasn't talking about legal standards of slander, more like common decency standards of slander.
He obliquely accused Roberts of using his kids as access to some type of cult.
If he is wrong, that is beyond the pale.
If he is right and that is true, lets just say we have a very big problem
